We had an amazing evening yesterday celebrating with community at our 2020 Virtual Imagine Justice event! We are so grateful to everyone who could join us, share joy in the chat, hear from our inspiring speakers, and donate to support our advocacy.

If you were unable to attend, you can still donate to support our advocacy protecting communities most impacted by the pandemic as our week-long Imagine Justice campaign goes until October 19. We’re only $2,500 short of our ambitious $75,000 goal! We believe that personally significant gifts are the most meaningful, so please consider giving any amount that is meaningful to you.

Like many of our allies, this was our first virtual fundraiser, and we were thrilled with how it turned out. We would love to hear from you about your Imagine Justice experience. Please take this brief six-question survey while the event is fresh in your mind and heart to let us know what you loved and how we can improve. Thanks for your feedback!

You can watch and share a recording of the hour-long program on our YouTube channel (please subscribe while you’re there). If you just have time for highlights, I’d recommend you check out Maribel Medina, who is working to unionize her fellow workers in the fields and packing sheds in Yakima (minute 1:04:23). Or hear representatives from COVID-19 Mutual Aid, our 2020 Visionary of the Year, eloquently talk about their inspiring and necessary work (minute 1:21:18).

Thanks for your support during these challenging times. Last night was a reminder that, together, we can achieve equity and justice for all!
